Tuition Information and Fees

FINANCIAL INFORMATION:

Ardmore Adventist Academy is supported by the Ardmore SDA Church.  Student accounts from the previous year must be settled before the student may register.  Any delinquent accounts remaining from siblings must also be settled before a student from the same family will be admitted.  Non-constituent students and eleventh and twelfth-graders must pay tuition on a 10-month schedule, August through May.


Non-Constituent student tuition rates for 2009/2010 school year are:

Grades 1 - 10:   $268.00 per month
Grades 11- 12   $368.00 per month


An entrance fee is required of all students at registration and is non-refundable.  Entrance fees for the 2009/2010 school year are as follows:

Grades 1-4       $340.00
Grades 5-8       $375.00
Grades 9-10     $475.00
Grades 11-12   $475.00


No portion of such fees so paid or outstanding will be refunded or canceled due to any subsequent absence, voluntary withdraw or expulsion from the school.

FINANCIAL AID AND FAMILY DISCOUNTS:

Multiple-student discount and financial aid are available.  Tuition assistance is available on a limited basis for those in financial need.  To be eligible, a financial disclosure form must be completed and submitted.  The standard discounts for students in the same family are:

*5 percent for second child's tuition
*10 percent for third child's tuition
*15 percent for fourth child's tuition
