Admissions Policy: 

Ardmore Adventist Academy exists to provide a Christian education to the youth of its constituent and supporting churches.  No religious test is required of any student upon entering school, but it is expected that all who apply for admission have an earnest desire to attend our school and will respect the Christian principles of the school.  To this end, students my be interviewed by the Admission Committee of the School Board.  Furthermore, no admission is final prior to a vote by the School Board.  Students transferring in from another private school must provide documentation that financial accounts are settled with the former school.  

Nondiscrimination Policy:

Ardmore Adventist Academy admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities, generally accorded or made available to students at that school. Ardmore Adventist Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnic origin, country of origin, or sex in administration of educational policies, application for admission or school-administered programs. 

Registration Process:

The following items are required at the time of registration:

  • Application signed by both student and parent
  • Financial Agreement Form
  • Current and complete Immunization Record
  • Physical Exam Form completed by a physician for new or returning students entering the fourth, seventh or ninth grades
  • Use of Internet Form
  • Emergency Medical Consent Form
  • Vehicle Form for those students driving their car to school
  • Request for Transcripts form for those students transferring from another school
  • Student Pledge/Parents’ Responsibility Form

Ardmore Adventist Academy reserves the right to change any of the rules and regulations of the school at any time, including those relating to admission, instructions, and graduation.  The right to withdraw curricula and specific course, alter course content, change the calendar, and to impost or increase fees is similarly reserved.
